Birthday Bananas! You Need To Read This!

Okay everyone,
I am having a birthday party and I need help! I already know what the theme is going to be which is black and white. I need to know what to get for decorations(ex. Plates, balloons,ect.). I also need to know what to get for the food and drinks. I want it to be cheap also. Also, if you know any ways to raise money for this, tell me! My party is very soon so I need help fast
