18th Birthday!!

My 18th birthday is coming up at the end of march and i want to celebrate it old fashioned style with a Breakfast at Tiffany`s theme (just because it is my favorite movie of all time). Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this work? i have found a cake but other cake ideas are welcome too. I just want to make this the best birthday ever because the day before my birthday we had burried my grandmother who i was extreamly close to and on my 17th birthday i was stuck in bed with a stomach virus. So please, help me make this birthday one to remember!
