Outdoor Wedding Cincinnati Ohio

I`m trying to plan an outdoor wedding in October in Cincinnati. My dream wedding would be outdoor with tons of beautiful colors from the trees as they just change to fall colors. I`m very worried about how the weather will be because it may be very cold or it may be perfect. It also may be rainy as the weather in Cincinnati in October is never the same. Please give suggestions. I would love to have it outdoors and instead of having someone make us use their vendors, we would love to rent a big grill and have hamburgers, hotdogs, metts, steak, chicken etc. We want a beautiful wedding but a huge cook out comfortable reception.
