Quince Help

Hello Eveyone out there! I am planning a Quince for my younger sister. The date has been set for Feb. 2004. We really could use any help with ideas, and what exactly is supposed to go on. Who should carry what? How many sponsors should we have? Etc. Stuff like that. Is there any good books that have many ideas in it, if so, where can I buy one? Or how about videos of other Quinces that took place already. I`d order videos if there is any other to to view and get ideas from. Your help is very much needed. Thanks in advance. Email me.
