Sweet 16

I need major help to throw my sweet 16.I already have a theme but i dont now and where tothrow my party at.Where ever it is i hope it have caterers and not more than 5oo.My budget is really crazy to cause i cant spend more than a 1000.PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAASE EMAIL ME.I also need a party planner
