Evelope Addressing Etiquette

What is the proper etiquette for addressing a very formal wedding invitation envelope where both husband and wife recipients are doctors?
Here are their individual names:
Dr. Jane Astrid Doe and Dr. John Malcolm Doe

That is exactly how you are to address it. They both get their title on the invitation, just put the husbands name first.

The woman`s name always comes first.

You could do
Dr. Jane Astrid Doe and Dr. John Malcolm Doe
OR
Drs. Jane and John Doe

The first one is much more formal, so I think that would be best for you.
