Bridal Party Gifts

I don`t know where you are from but in NJ weddings are a big to do. And depending upon who is in your bridal party, such as mostly family members, I don`t think $30 is an adequate amount. They are putting out a lot of money to be a part of your special day. Dress, Shoes, Hair and Nails, Bridal Shower, and Wedding. It`s a big expense to ask. So I feel that $50 is reasonable. But please don`t get them costume jewelry, it`s tacky and will never be used again. Think about maybe getting them white gold earrings, or a gift certificate to a spa or restaurant, or better yet maybe a little coach wallet. I saw them for $48.

There`s still so much etiquette stuff that I`m unsure of because I`ve never been part of the wedding planning process before, so your advice is really appreciated. I think $30 is an adequate amount. You could buy picture frames from Michaels.com for cheap. You could place pictures of you and your bridesmaid in it. If you have ever been on vacation with any of them you could fill a small glass bottle with sand from the beach to symbolize that trip. Or you could buy $25 gift certificates to a store they like. What about Zoppini charm bracelets? They`re very popular now, and inexpensive - the expensive part is the charms, you could get a wedding bell charm for each one perhaps. My fiancé bought me one for Valentines, and I`m hooked. :) Look on Ebay to see what I`m talking about.
