Wording In Invitation Regarding Transportation For Kids

We are getting a van to transport children from the temple to the party locale.

How do you word the info sheet in the invitation regarding drop off time and location, transportation, and pick up time and location.

We just received an invitation where this was the case and on the separate sheet attached to the inviation were directions and it said for ie: Julia`s friends - , there will be transportation provided from the temple to the venue (you mention the venue ) and pick up time will be at (whatever time you want them picked up)
