Sweet Sixteen Price Problem

Well i am turning sixteen in April and i want my party to be big but i dont know what to do.My family doesnt want to spend alot of money.I am not getting a car and my parents want me to have a small party.I am not going to have a small party.I was thinking about a pool party but i cant because i hate my legs and my feet and i dont want anyone to see them.Then i thought about a semi formal party at my favorite park.But i really want to do something big but right now it sounds like i am going to have a really bad party.HELP!
