THEME

*This seems so repetative* I need a theme...or something...badly. I had my whole thing planned out we weere going to the mountains for a weekend of spa and horseback riding..but weather down here is really crap. And now my Swwet 16 is in 29 days and I am at a lost for what to do. I need great ideas for a low budget. A REALLY low budget. It´s only going to be girls becasue my parents are FREAKS. So...
