Prom Dress

Hi, I`m Kenyatta and my wish is to get my prom dress custom made. I don`t want to look like any one else, I must be one of the best! I live in Frankfort KY and I don`t know any one here or near here that can make a dress for me from scratch. For the money I`m willing to pay, the dress must look good and as I wish. If anyone can help me out, or know any seamstress near Frankfort Ky please notify me!
