Cop/Nurse Wedding

Hi all,
We are planning a Feb. 2, 2008 wedding with the colors of hunter green, gold and possibly a hint of burgundy. Any thoughts?
We were also thinking of adding ideas regarding our occupations to the wedding/reception. Any suggestions?
