Beach Style Wedding/Bridesmaids DRESSES~where 2 Buy?

Hi all...I am having a SIMPLE beach wedding in Va. Beach in July and need to know a CHEAP place to buy bridesmaid and a wedding dress....just want a simple sun dress for my girls and simple wedding dress for myself....does any one know of a department store or online store for me to view?
