Chicken Cake Tops

My fiancee and I were discussing some wedding plans earlier. He collects chicken nic nacs.....I have seen shows on sugar pastes where they can make butterflies and such... My fiancee wants to have a Hen and Rooster cake top..I know this sounds crazy but I`m willing to do it for him... Does anyone know if that can be made or of a company that specializes in sugar paste art?
