Well not sure about CA but in most other states unless it was a "gift" on a holiday most judges would make you return it, as it was given with the intention to marry...HOWEVER since he cheated that brings in more of an obstacle. Not sure really. You should talk to someone about that. I am so sorry this happened to you. But better now then later. You are better off with out him. No one deserves that! Best of luck to you!
