Mori Lee Wedding Gown Size 14 Or 16

I got this dress off ebay but it does not fit and already have another one.

Beautiful Mori Lee, wedding gown US size 16, gently worn
White with iridescent beading/sequins Beaded bodice and hem . Train 7 feet long (measured from waist), with bustle. 35" waist, 42" bust. 100% polyester. Two small discolored areas, approx. 5" above hem- one on the side and one in the front - almost unnoticeable. Inside of shoulder also very lightly discolored (I think it cannot be seen when worn). WEDDING GOWNS RUN SMALL! THis would fit a person who in real life is a 12 or 14.
