Birthday

Im having a 16th birthday party in 15 days and i have no idea what to do.. Some people are saying have a big party with lots of people but i dont know what i would do.. But my mother is suggesting i have a party with only my 2 best friends.. So if anyone has and idea of what i could do or has a any good expierance with birthdays plz plz plz answer :)
