Sweet 16 Stress!

Im 15 and planning my sweet 16 birthday party. Im super stressed out about it because i have an extremely low budget and limited space. My birthday is in april and im kinda trying to plan on an outside party because thats where we have the most room at my house. I`m very worried because we are not quite sure how reliable our weather will be this year. If you have any input, ideas for the party or to help me relax i am very open for suggestions. Please, please, please help me im going out of my mind!
