Has Anyone Worn M. Sottero Sarchi- Need Ideas

If you have worn the Sarchi dress, can you please help me? I am getting married in Nov, and have tried on many dress. I realllly want to get the Sarchi. I just have one hang up, the color. I am looking at the one w/the colored beads. Since it is not pure white, can you please tell me what you did for the groomsmen? Also, what colors did your bridesmaids wear? This may sounds stupid, but did you feel like you clashed with table linens? I want everything to be perfect. I just don`t know how hard it will be to work around the color of the dress. Our church pews are pure white, our banquet hall will have white linens on all the tables, etc.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, Cathy.

I got an Ivory/Lilac bouquet Sarchi. Just to let you know, Sarchi comes in ALL WHITE, IVORY, IVORY/LILAC BOUQUET, and IVORY/BLUE BOUQUET. In my humble opinion, the groom can wear any color and have the boutinir (I can`t spell, but I`m talking about the flower the groom wear on their jacket) be in any color. (If you want the groom to match you have him wear the flower in the shade of the flower embordiery (sorry, can`t spell) If I were you and am concern about blending in with the decor, I would just make sure the they are in a different shade (for example light blue if your dress has Lilac in it, or pink if you have the Blue) I really don`t think you can go wrong with most color shade with this dress. I don`t know what the blue looks like, but in another Maggie Sottero dress the Sapphire Bouquet, it doesn`t look overwhelmingly dark. It gives the bride an extra bright look. Make the lime like on the dress, which is why we are spending so much money on our dress. If you haven`t bought the dress yet, I know of a 2 web site that can offer the dress for $690. (that is on the internet, and Maggie Sottero Inc. Suggest to buy it from a physically seen store.) Just to let you know, I went to a physical store and they offer to make a dress that look like a Sarchi and it cost $780 before tax. Hope that was helpful.

Thanks for the help Lilly. I have looked at the Sarchi in all white-it`s just not the same. I only love it w/the lilac bouquet beads. Thanks for your ideas!

Hi,
I wore the Sarchi dress with the lilac, bronze and green crystals.
I had the bridesmaids where bronze dresses that were beautiful.
My husband wore black vest with lilac tie and the rest of the groomsmen wore black vest & black tie.
The table linens were just white.
Also I had my jewels and tiara custom made with the lilac crystals to match the dress.
Flowers were lilac roses with bronze calla lillys.
I was also hesitant with the colour of the dress but it looked great.
Regards,
Beth
