Class: 1004, Style: 0137, Size 12 (I made a mistake on the size earlier,) Color: White, Ven#0501, Ven Style FDC4. Stn Tnk A-Line Invert. By the way it is a dress that makes you cry when you put it on, it is sooo beautiful and the only time I ever wore it was trying it on at the store.
