Adjustable Short Canes

I am a bilateral above knee amputee. I have started using stubbies (basically a socket with a foot. That makes me very short. I am trying to find a short cane that I can lengthen as length is added to my legs. I am hoping someone from the little people`s community can direct me to a source.
