Chocolate Brown & Blue Wedding
I am getting married in June! My colors are chocolate brown and sky blue! I was wondering if anyone had any decorating ideas with these colors. I am using brown linens topped with sky blue linens and probably all white flowers but I am having trouble locating these colors to get new and different ideas! any suggestions?

This is a very "traditional" color scheme (dating back to French royalty in the 1700s). Accenting these colors with silver candleholders, pale yellow (or pink!) flowers, and assorted greenery would be an elegant and charming way to go with this. I would also suggest varying the tableclothes (stripes and solids and solids with subtle prints) you select for your reception tables would also provide an interesting touch.

What is your theme? or is your theme those colors?
Curious..i am using tea lights battery operated 2 in tall with blue flames..they come in other colors as well. You can place the tealights in votives, or in vases, or as i did in boxes under my vases sitting on small mirrors to reflect the color light through your floral or other arrangements. They are beautiful reflecting and i placed gems in the bottom of the vases so they reflect through them and up and are beautiful. Good luck beccah

I am getting married 9/1/2007 using the colors of Espresso and Aqua. If you go to myjeanm.com, go to their favors section, and then their gift boxes. They sell adorable gift boxes that come in espresso and aqua. You can buy a set of each and mix the boxes and covers. Also, weddingsolutions.com has a beautiful brown and blue invitation called Pendent. Hope these suggestions help! Congrats!

My daughter`s wedding was brown and blue.
We used beautiful brown mosaic paterned lanterns on the tables - fantastic hue at night. We had beautiful brown/bronze candles, different heights, as well as a flat brown candle. The linen (we made them) serviettes
Looked beautiful on the white plates.
