Want A Super Sweet Sixteen

I`m writing on behalf of my daughter who will be turning 16 in Feb. I`m a single parent and would like for her to have the most memorable sweet sixteen ever but I really can`t afford it. She watches your show all the time and dreams of having her party somewhat like the teens on the show. She`s even picked out a theme: "A Night In Paris". Can you please help give her the best party ever!!
