Very Simple Wedding Gown

I am looking for a dress that has speg. Straps and is A line. To my ankles, getting married on July 4th so it needs to be able to breath. I would like the back to V low, with a piece of material hanging down on to my bottom. I was thinking about a strechie piece of fabric for the bottom layer, and a sher piece of material over the top. If any one thinks that this sounds like a dress pattern that they may have seen somewhere would you please email me a website or store where I may find it. I live in SE Ohio not alot of variety here.
