I`ve never been too many places so I`ve always loved staying in hotels, room service, a pool, etc. So for my sweet 16 my mom rented a couple rooms. I know this wouldn`t work for a large number of guests, but if she`s the kind of girl who just keeps a few close friends this is great! I loved it. Most hotels some rooms with doors in between them. My mom stayed in one myself and 4 friends stayed in the other. We hung out at the pool, went to the nice hotel retaurant, ordered a movie, and junk. It was great. The right mix of grown-up and still a kid. We had family over in the afternoon and then headed to the hotel in the early evening. The hotel was only 20 minutes from my house, but a hotel is a hotel. Exciting and new place to explore!

It all depedns onhow much money you are willing to spend. For my sweet 16, my mother a party that is like a wedding. 8 girls including your daughter and 8 boys, to represent your daughter age. The 16 girls and boys will have to pick out a color that they want . For example, if the color is pink, the 8 girls dress will be pink and the 8 boys might wear on a white or black tux with the tie and the vest pink. Maybe rent a limo . They are going to look so beautiful so take all of them to s studio for pictures before attending the party.You could cook or order a menu and waiters( you could ahve your friends or family as waiters). And the rest let your daughter put together whatever she feel like it. Whether a cindrella like dance or whatever. This type like wedding will only cost aroung $5,000. According if you want to take stuff out or put stuff in.

Well if u want to have it outdoors you can do it by a pool. In the pool tons of floating candles and either formal or informal, for food if it is informal have hamburgers and hotdogs and barbecue foods. You can hire a dj and just have fun with the idea... Hope this helps!!

You might want to think formal the girls could rent dresses and you could rent like a local city hall and you can get some really cool decorations at
