Need Inexpensive Bouquets
Help!! I need ideas for inexpensive bouquets for my attendants and myself. I know that roses and lilies are expensive, but I do not know of any flowers that are beautiful and inexpensive. My colors are periwinkle and silver.

Hello i too am getting married soon ( aug.18th this yr.) i am on a low budget wedding plan. And i have found that daisies and carnations are pretty cheap, but look really nice together also.
Also the florist gave me other flowers that dont cost as much,..
Gerbera Daisies ( i mentioned), Stattice(filler flower),Alstroemeria Lilies,Chrysanthimums,Gladiolus,and Freesia.
I hope i could be of some help!!!

Hydrangea flowers might work too...they come in different colors so perhaps that helps. They aren`t expensive either. Carnations always work too!!

I am also getting married this year and have been looking for inexpensive flowers. I found a couple of great websites for flowers that you might find helpful. The first one is www.weddingsandflowers.com in the package savings sections it has Weddings in a Box. The site has all silk flowers prearranged and sent directly to you. The second site is www.freshroses.com you can purchase fresh flowers direct from a grower, but you will have to do the arranging yourself. An example...you can get 25 roses for $22. I hope this information helps! Congratulations and Good Luck!

It also depends on how many people in your wedding i dont know if you want a "project". =0)

Hey , I am getting married in May 2003 and wanted to keep things cheap especially when the florist told me that the bouquet I wanted was going to cost me $150, Yeah Right! So I went to wal mart and bought some nice silk flowers they look real. I made my bouquet 4 bridesmaids, 8 bouteniers, 7 corsages and a throw away, all for $100. That includes floral tape , ribbon , and pins. Congrats on getting married

Why don`t you think about using lavender? It`s gorgeous, inexpensive, and you can fill the bouquet out with other inexpensive flowers....daisies, greens, etc. Then maybe you can afford to put 1 or two roses in to accent the bouquet.....white ones would be nice with lavender.
