Depo Shot

I am 43 and just recieved my second shot. This is soley to control pain from periods not children. My biggest complaint is my mood anger swings and the fact that my knees get weaker everyday. I`m trying to counter with eveningprimerose, yam pills, a gaba something (Herbal stuff) but I can not shake the on edge feeling.
