No Children At Our Wedding Please...
This is sticky....... My daughter is getting married. She will have her first cousins, ages 5 & 7 as flower girls....which is fine....she is not interested in any other children at wedding. The wedding is about 100 guests immediate family and close friends. Problem: two of her first cousins have children of their own and she does not want to have the children there, but would love to see her cousins come. She has no problem if they don`t show up due to this issue. My concern is how will her aunt (their mother/grandmother) take this. It`s my husbands sister. WHAT DO WE DO.

Hi. We had a similar situation 14 years ago. We just put a separate card in the invitation (for the reception) and noted it was an "Adult Dinner & Dance Reception" and it worked out GREAT!!!
