BEACH Wedding...in Virginia Beach

OK ya`ll were getting married in July...and I have found several websites that these "wedding cordinators" do beach weddings anywheres from $100-1500 bucks...the most so far they do is a 2 night stay in a hotel, 50-100 pics taken and file the paperwork in the courts and find an officant and that pays for them as well, and pretty much coordinater your wedding day...but thats all...is that a good deal? Or is it cheaper and easier for me and my family and friends coordinate it ourselves? And what can u suggest to do for a beach wedding...on a PUBLIC beach? thanks for any info!
