21st And New Years Eve Bday

I will soon be 21 on dec 31. This leaves me in a bit of a predicament. This being I will be turning 21 and it will be new years eve on the same day, meaning everyone will all ready be getting smashed. Usually this has been pretty good since I never had to worry about throwing a party for myself. But since this is maybe my biggest bday, i`d like to have something special. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for me, weither it be a theme or a way to get everyone to where I`m at. Thanks for any help!
