Gio`s Wedding Dilemma

We have a decorating dilemma, we can only attach decorations to a center board that runs on one 40` wall and one 30` wall.(The other 2 walls have the foor/bar and wedding party/dj) We thought of using fabric, but it is so expensive, and we wanted to avoid streamers and paper bells decorating. Any ideas? The wedding is early February.
