Wedding In February

Hey.. This is my second wedding to the same guy.. (yea I know what your thinking..haha) but we are just haveing a big cookout party type thing outside of someones house in the country in february... What kind of theme would you do or where should i even start looking? Im sooo Lost... I dont want to have anything formal formal but something nice ya know?? Please Help!!.. Thanks..

Congratulations...AGAIN!

Im in Florida.. Jacksonville to be exact... I want it to be simple, in expensive but at the same time nice... Ive already had the big white dress church wedding.. Its mainly just going to be a big party, but i need a theme and what all i should do.. Thats where Im stuck!!!
