A Quinceanera Is A Beautiful Thing.Be Grateful

To all the girls who have a quinceanera coming and to all the girls who have had theirs.

I just had my quinceanera last Friday...and let me just say it was everything that I hoped for and wanted and so much more. I got asked to dance by a wonderful boy (and i think i danced with him more than my escort! lol) and I danced with him all night! GIRLS...a quinceanera is a beautiful thing. Don`t take it for granted and be grateful your parents or gaurdians are throwing u something so wonderful. The most beautiful thing is the Mass...your connection with God. I don`t care how much or how big your party is. You shouldn`t care how much you are spending on this and that. If that`s all you care about, then I`m NOT sorry to say that you truly DON"T deserve a quinceanera. My quinceanera was supposed to be small and just a family and close friends thing..but as we planned it just got bigger and bigger. Yes it gets more expensive. But the people that you invite truly appreciate you and they are so happy to be a part of your life. Open your eyes...and just think about WHY your having a quinceanera in the first place! Please...I am sick and tired of these girls on here be spoiled little brats about how their party is gonna cost over 100,000 and hundreds of dollars...think about it...its ONE day in your life. A quinceanera is supposed to be about turning into a woman and taking the responsibilities and loving God for the rest of your life. Do any of you girls even go to church? I do. Every sunday. Do any of you HELP your parents? Do any of you TRULY ask for forgiveness. Just think about it...what would Jesus think of you the day he judges you...
You all should count yoursleves extremely lucky. Do u have any idea how many girls and people in general have died before the age of 15? Even the ones who didnt even have a CHANCE to be born. Thank your parents and God for allowing you to LIVE and all of your blessings! When I read some of your messages..I CANT BELIEVE what some of u girls are saying. I CANt BELIEVE what u girls actually care about more! Money and popularity....Hopefully you girls LISTEN and truly understand what your priest says... That is...if you are even HAVING a ceremony (which pray, you are ) A quinceanera without a mass is like...nothing. That`s not even a quinceanera..it`s just your stupid reason for having a party. Even just a BLESSING would do. I pray you girls open your eyes, your mind and especially your heart .
