Wedding Hall For 200+ In Milwaukee Area

I am looking for a hall in Milwaukee or Waukesha area that will not cost a fortune and that will hold around 250 people. We are trying to spend wisely, but everything that we like is outrageous in price. Just looking for some suggestions as far as price and something that can be enjoyed by all. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys. Looking to spend somewhere in the $8000.00 range, but dont want it to be trashy. Unreal? I dont know. Also would prefer a hotel either close or part of the hall. Sorry for the long post.
