Depo

When i got married in may my huband and i decieded we could not afford to have children right away so i took one depo shot. That is all it took to slowly kill me. I was 140 pounds when i got married and have always been that weight now three years later i am at 280 pounds. I have had my period not for over a year i feel i am bleeding to death in cant sleep i cant have sex with my husband i am so depressed . Please someone help me. I dont know what to do to get this out of my body.
