First And Last Wedding.....HELP!!!!!

This is my first wedding. I am very young, and since I know that my fiance is the one, this will be my last wedding. I need help on deciding what my colors should be, what my theme should be, and what kind of flowers? I also need help with the budget. I want it to be as cheap as possible, but i still want it to be an awesome wedding.
