2nd Wedding Question

I am getting married for the second time. My first husband passed away and when we got married, we didnt really plan a wedding. We went to a wedding chapel (and that was 25 years ago and you waited in line for your turn) I am planning a wonderful wedding. Everything that i want. My question is would it be proper for me to "walk down the isle" with my dad? I have no idea what a proper 2nd wedding should be like. I am not wearing white (ha ha) I am going be matching my fiance`s Army dress suit. Thanks for your advice.
