Wedding Dress Petite

I am looking for a petite size 6 or 8 ivory wedding dress, informal, for a winter wedding. I am looking for something $100 or less. (Help--the JC Penney outlet by us doesn`t carry the cheap dresses anymore!) Also, a huge bonus would be two inexpensive bridesmaid dresses in size 12 for two (bustier than me!) women--nothing low cut! :) Our wedding is 2/03. Thanks for your help!
