Chocolate Thunder

I heard that the exotic dancer "Chocolate Thunder" (I believe he is/was a Baltimore Ruff Ryder) was recently fatally injured in a car accident and he is no longer with us. Do anyone out there knows if this is true? If so what was his real name?
