Wedding 6/8/03 No One Has Planned A Shower

My MOH lives in San Diego, my weddiing and I are near Sacramento, she obviously can`t plan a shower, but no one else has offered ( my 2 sisters in wedding, haven`t said anything) and my other bridesmaid lives in Mexico. My feelings are hurt ( especially since my sister had 5 bridal showers) is it bad to ask someone to plan one for me or plan one myself? We are paying for our $15k wedding with little financial help from my family ( no money available) and his family hasn`t offened nor have we asked... BUT I always thoughi my friends would throw me atleast one shower.. What should i do? the extra money isn`t available for me to pay for one cause we are paying for the wedding. I can`t complain to my friends or talk to them about it because i don`t want to pressure them into it or make them feel obligated.
