Relieved!

I am SO relieved that I read this message board and checked out the link BEFORE going to my `meeting` with these guys tomorrow. I got a call on a Sunday afternoon saying that we`d won a free trip, $500 gift cert. And the china. I let the lady BS me for a while and agreed to go, still feeling unsure. I remembered registering for a few contests, but felt sure they would have contacted me in a better way. Since my cell phone is my only number, I re-thought this. I told my fiance who just laughed and called it a scam. Today I decided to check out the `website` the lady gave me and see how true this was. OF course the website never came up, but I did link to this blog and I"m glad I did! We`re planning to buy a house in the next year and I can just imagine what this would have done to my already tight credit. Needless to say, we won`t be going!
