Groom`s Attire

My wedding will be a winter theme. My gown is light ivory with diamond white lacing. It glitters quite a bit. I need help with color palette. The guys will be in black tux. I like icy blues, silvers, platinums, jewel tones. Diamond whites. Which should be the main two colors and which an accent (popping) color; bouquets, tux ties, ribbons, etc. Should Maid of Honor be different from bridesmaid? Should groom match his bride?
