Unprofessional Caricaturist From PartyArt

When writing to the caricaturist featured on this site, I was often met with crude, one-sentence replies. In the second email where I requested more info, I was addressed by simply "M." the first letter of my name. When I was taking my time to decide, I often received emails like "Did you decide yet." I suggested that in order to seem professional, she should treat her potential customers more professionally ... For example, addressing them by their name until she is more familiar with them. This is the response I received: "We don`t need someone like you...you are nasty- hope your wedding goes bad. " This email came directly from Roberta at Party Art. I would be careful before hiring someone so unprofessional, with no idea how to talk to people, for my wedding or party.
