I helped a bride with her wedding a couple years ago which was in December and she had a wonderland theme. Her dress was strapless with fur trim all around the top. Bridesmaids wore both colors of dresses red and hunter green. Flowers were white roses with holly sprigs and red berries. She had decorated the reception with bare birch branches (made into trees) with white lights - she sprayed the branches white. Her placecards at the table were ornaments with the persons name painted on them. Small fir wreaths were used as pew bows. And she had white snowflakes instead of rose petals for the flower girl. It was so pretty ... I hope this gives you some ideas.
