David`s Bridal - Dallas TX
Will not reccommend David`s Bridal
My daughter and I have visited 3 different David`s Bridal in the Dallas Metro area. Each location was the same. Rude employees, the worse customer service ever !! Not enough employees to help you with anything ! My last experience was yesterday 9-25-06. I had called earlier in the morning to inquire about a particular dress that is on the website. I was told they had that style and in the color I wanted. I left work early to frive over and to my amazement they DID not havethe dress !! After waiting for sometime, someone asked if they could help me as the first person did not have time to help and could only bark out, |" we don`t have it, I don`t know why anyone would tell you we did".. Finally, I asked could they check another location on their computer, I was told no.. That no one will have this dress. I was told it could be ordered but will take 8 weeks and my daughter`s wedding would have come and gone. Needless to say I walked out of there furious ! I got home and got on line, I called the Houston Galleria location, they were very accomodating and have the dress and have it in my size.
I went to the Preton Rd. Location, because ofthe bad experience at the Walnut Hill location. The Walnut Hill location is closed now as well asthe Arapaho location.
I have decided that is a prerequisite to be rude, no customer service needed and speak to people as if they were asking for a hand out.
You must be losing a lot of money, have numerous complaints.. What is going to be done about all
Of this ??? This is by no means anyway to run a business.
