Labor Day 2003

I am getting married this labor day weekend. The whole weekend is just a big family get together. My problem is that friday we are having a rehearsal dinner at the house, all in town are invited. I am not sure what have as the menu. We don`t want the normal cook out stuff. We thought about ribs, or a Western menu, maybe something tropical. Any ideas?
