Hi...I am not for sure in New York, but here in Alaska, all you do is go to the VFW or the Catholic Churches will get you in touch witht the Knights of Columbus. In our church, we have a listing of people to contact. Also try in your community, the Lions, and the American Legion Organizations. If you are Military connected, also try some of the places on base.
