Sellers: Beware Of Scams
Beware of cashier check scams where a buyer offers to send
You a chashier check (forged one) and then asks you to send
Some of the money back to them. There are internet sites explaining
These scams. Once the bank realizes it is a forged cashier check,
There are very steep fines which you will end up having to pay.
Also, beware of buyers who will not contact you via phone....a
Preliminary sign that something is off.
Anyone else have some suggetions?

I have gotten MANY of these emails and I dont even open them anymore . They hit the spam file.
There is another one going around -- they claim to be a bank , that has an account from someone who passed away leaving a large sum of money etc... --
Basically if something doesnt sound right -- then 9 times out of 10 something is up. Just dont even respond to the emails --- throw it in your spam file or report it.
