Fish Centerpieces?

Ok, we have come up with a possible centerpiece idea. We were thinking about using big vases with transparent red rocks on the bottom and a betta fish inside. My sister suggested lighting up the vases as well. I LOVE this idea, but I can`t seem to find what I would need to do this.

I need either:
A) A waterproof light that emits a clear/red hue that is battery powered/solar powered (I won`t have access to electrical outlets for every table).
Or
B) some kind of a light display that I could set the vase on top of. I know I`ve seen something like this for those little glass sculptures, but I can`t seem to find what I`m looking for.

I`m not sure how to find either of these things. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas to help me get/find this effect, I would greatly appreciate it.
