Inexpensive Wedding/Recepiton Site In Atlanta

I driving myself mad searching for a place to host my wedding. My fiance has given me a limit of $3000 and that includes food, drink, and the site for reception/wedding. However, I`m willing to top off at $5000, if it includes alcoholic beverages. My guest list is roughly 100-120ppl. I`d loved to have it in a mansion or tented ballroom
